Support our Program

A gift to the UW-Madison’s IS Major represents a commitment to the next generation of global leaders. Your support improves the education of future policy analysts, international entrepreneurs, activists, teachers, and diplomats. IS majors grapple with some of the major issues in international affairs in courses taught by world-class researchers, abroad in international internships, in our internship program in Washington, D.C., and in special lectures and workshops with prominent dignitaries brought to campus each semester.

Maintaining the strength of the International Studies Major and its impact across the globe requires the generous support of our alumni and friends, particularly as state funding to the University of Wisconsin has dwindled. Gifts to the International Studies Major will support programming and events that bring together students, faculty, alumni, and international leaders. We welcome and appreciate gifts of all sizes.
